Aha! Crankiness. First sign of excessive estrogen!
No just kidding, but it's not exactly soy, on itself that causes all these issues. It's the processing, The hexagen, the emulsifier, the heavy metals involved while processing, the usage of sugar (soy, on itself, doesn't need sugar to be sweet. My mom makes soya juice at home. Pretty sweet on itself) so it kinda made me stay off soy. Unless of course, it's from my mom's kitchen.

How bout nutrilite's soy based protein? Any of the problems you mentioned? Coz i'm actually taking that now post-workout.

Thanks for the info there pizzaboy, was really wondering for a long time what the difference would be between regular whey protein and soy protein. Cause they both (on the labels at least ) claim to have 8 grams of protein per 10 grams serving. So i figured the difference is maybe in terms of how fast it is absorbed by our body.

And it is ridiculously expensive as well. Think i'm going to switch to whey after my last bottle of soy protein smile.gif
