The next launch superlink is just beside Fuego and would be the last launch..High spec come with solar power..facing the lake.Modern facade.The new proposed west coast highway is crossing right infront of ellis house and at the back of existing Taman Mutiara house..The future launch will be the area beside Setia Alam.That area is more towards industrial SME lot.Not many houses will be built there.Probably 70% Industrial 30% housing..Low cost apartment and SIME ex estate squatter house also there..I can see a lot of electric substation there and also water reserved tank.

do you have statistics to prove that BBR buyers are for own stay?

to me, any launches that sold out by hours or days....chances are more speculators than own stayers....

Seriously what would SD build Mall? They will NOT get fill up anyway. The centre will be in Setia Mall. In fact even they complete the mall, it will be empty as most retailers oredy started in Setia Mall. BBR destined to be quiet township as Setia Alam already established it self as the hub for everythg in that area.

to be fair to sime, the whole place is still under massive construction with multiple concurrent developments. i am sure sime will get all sorted out once the township is fully developed. furthermore, there are another phase of lake side superlink which sime has yet to launch. they need to keep up the reputation or else they will not sell anything.

as a courtesy, sime has also sent out letters to inform the residents. we should appreciate it instead of keep bashing. as that will not help anything, but in turn will ruin the value of our own house once the rumours spreaded out.

understand all of your concern, we should instead divert our concern to sime property customer care and see what is their take on this issue.

please post up any photos which you think could be a problem and i will try to contact sime and get an official feedback from them.

car porch - fuego.. nampak macam pendek sangat lah dan material pun nampak pelik .. roof zinc type.??... dan itu pillar support porch depan dan tepi pulak nampak nipis dan kecik.. macam tak match dengan size rumah yang grand dan besar...lah..

itu sekarang punya BBR commercial Taipan pun macam Mati katak .. ini eleven avenue i rasa mesti lebih kurang sama aje... tengok itu Setia Avenue dah berapa lama siap pun belum habis buka kedai untuk business serupa tak bernyawa.... I rasa supply > demand la... so sesiapa yang bele kena bersedia untuk simpan lama...

i believe those are asking prices, not transacted.
asking prices are not very meaningful as anyone can ask anything.
i personally feel those asking prices are optimistic.

you will need to check with some agents on actual done deals recently to have a complete picture.
