its the same...evrybody know township takes times la..... example this etc that....same in this BBR forum....when i first start using this forum...not much ppl reply and given out idea or suggestion or fact .... quite few...and slow...and suddenly there were boom many new forumer (like me) i need to scroll up my comp mouse to locate did anybody reply for my threat yesterday.....so...its take times

yeah i did recieved a letter from SD ...for flood precaution ...and i did snap couple of flooding drainage at the ellis area.....try to upload here

to be fair to sime, the whole place is still under massive construction with multiple concurrent developments. i am sure sime will get all sorted out once the township is fully developed. furthermore, there are another phase of lake side superlink which sime has yet to launch. they need to keep up the reputation or else they will not sell anything.

as a courtesy, sime has also sent out letters to inform the residents. we should appreciate it instead of keep bashing. as that will not help anything, but in turn will ruin the value of our own house once the rumours spreaded out.

understand all of your concern, we should instead divert our concern to sime property customer care and see what is their take on this issue.

please post up any photos which you think could be a problem and i will try to contact sime and get an official feedback from them.

are u resident here? security need to do necessery precaution....my water tap been stolen (this due to my neglect )....so by now all the grill and alarm installed should be ok, i say should be la....p/s even dato house also got bulgary case.....maybe when more ppl move in can come up with rukun tetangga

so this is called investment......klu siap trus occupied semua bukan lagi investment , tu durian runtuh, semua ada risk.....nanti bila dah maju takde sape pun akan ingat masa susah hanya investor jer yg tau

from beginning plan the 1msia housing will be not later than 2014, maybe late but definetly not sooner, bout double storey house i'm doubt bout this, SD got huge land to develop, just either they wanna do it or else , just might be bigger sq, but surely expensive from now,
