"On Nov 5 2014, PTP has given its approval for the alienation of the land and pursuant to the PTP approval, the
leasehold period is 99 years and the expiry of the lease period is not yet not available pending completion of the alienation of the land and issuance of land title(s)," it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

Tengku Sulaiman Shah holds a 30% stake in PJMSB, while Datuk Hui Swee Seong and family collectively own the balance 70% of the shares.

L&G said the proposed acquisition is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2016.

"The proposed acquisition will expand the land bank of the L&G group to facilitate future development projects and will contribute positively to the future earnings and cash flows of the group in line with our core business," it said, adding that it intends to develop the land as a residential and commercial development.

L&G said it intends to finance the purchase consideration through internally generated funds and bank borrowings.

today, SD already open up the direct entry/exit road to setia alam.

temporary, SD install goal post and will be removed once the construction is completed.

for paloma, we pay one time to Sime for the maintenance fee (guard for 2 years).
i think it will be the same for saron. guard wil keep the saron security for 2 years. after 2 years, SD will return the responsibility to owner. up to the owner, whether they want to proceed to maintain the existing guard or appoint other guard or no guard.
