you have to make sure you signed the MOT transfer, get lawyer to endorsed it which you will need to pay stamp duty for MOT to your assigned lawyer - fees around RM 100.00

need someone to confirm above. if payment cannot be made to SD, they will not progress your house? hahaha... new to this also

I've another friend who just got the key for Ellis. She told me, She found out that, she would've gotten the key month ago already if she made the call earlier.

I'm curious on why we need to pay 480 for Maint. Fee
