Paloma is designed in such a way that easy for G&G.
Take a look at the map. In fact, currently the fencing and drain already do abit of securing the area. Just need to hire a guard at entrance.
Applying G&G is only fencing all over the area. But with the current drain gap, its hard for the thief to do any big moving etc.
I'm Paloma and I've no problem with signing G&G. :-)
Welcome aboard!

Im Paloma buyer and I can assure you, G&G is not difficult as the house price is not cheap
The \buyer\ category here can afford a G&G style concept as long as they are feeling secure especially with current crime trend!
So, logically, the agent is most likely telling the truth and not selling points!

Probably you will get more constructive feedback if you had it posted in a proper channel unless your not expecting anyone to reply you and merely grumping here
Reno.? Check your house for defect first. I've few defects myself. Luckily all minors touch. Overall quite satisfied with the works. Looking fwd to rent out this house

I hope they don't do these shopping and lifestyle bldg.
I prefer to keep BBR as green stylish homestyle. If I need to, ill just jump in my car, drive for 10 mins, and Ive plenty of choices around.
SCM, JJ, etc.
Keep it green, ehem. my personal view!
Well, they can build something eco like college/uni, high end offices, golf club, etc.

I use Sime panel. So far I never bother to chase.
I'm only paying for interest during construction which is the package during my purchase.
I took my key. I'm only paying TNB JBA and some maintenance fees.
Good luck to you!

can we stop all the township vs township debate or least do it somewhere else.
all township has pros and cons, the good one definitely comes with a steep price over another.
so, lets move on, nothing to see here.
otherwise, ill start off with Mont Kiara Hill Project

Im Paloman. Tho I worked overseas, paying a fees is okay for me.
But initially when many buy the house, part of it is because they don't have to pay the monthly fees for G&G. To setup this gonna be hard as to comfort every owner. I'm okay as long it's less than 100MYR/month.
G&G with commitment of 200MYR above monthly is killing...

“There is land in Meru that is large enough to accommodate a university. The land, which belongs to Sime Darby Group, is located beside Klang Sentral, opposite Bandar Setia Alam. The state has asked the group for the land but has yet to receive a reply.” Liu said the state had also allocated RM300mil from its state reserves for the construction of a third bridge to overcome traffic congestion in Klang.” http://thestar.com.my/metro/story.asp?file...639&sec=central

Im quite surprise that Paloma don't face so much of problem. During VP, it's merely fix on my doorlock, some uneven wall etc. All minors. Too bad for fuego, in fact, many started to complain even during construction. Just keep your house unreno and keep getting Mr. Teh to fix all your list of problems. Get it arrow and pictured with documents sign. If they dont manage to fix it as stipulated in SPA, get your own cons to fix it. All the best!!!
