Considering the facts that The Sandersons concept, features and surrounded by greeneries... I think this is going to be good flipper.
With COG (sorry to mention COG here again) going at >500psf, The Sandersons should go 450psf by the time completion in Sep 2013.
What do you all think?
The surrounding are lack of high rise with features like the Sanderson....
Villapark is quite well maintained and JMB are quite fussy..... keeping the running cost low with pretty ok to good management result (ie: maintenance of facilities, security).
Rental yield has been 2 digits for first hand buyer... even subsale buyer enjoy >7% rental.....
looks like South is the place to invest now.... cant wait for The Sanderson to VP.
