Good day! To all affected owners in the Sanderson,
I have talked to and lodged a report in writing (via email) with the developer on the potential problem on the glass panels installed at the balcony area as fencing (my unit is in Blk A). Several of my renovation contractors are of the opinions that the current design and fitting of the said glass panels may not be adequately safe for young kids who might be wandering around the balcony area and therefore if in case of any accidental knocking on the said glass panels by the kids (e.g. riding bicycle and etc), it may not be sufficiently secured to withstand the impact of knocking or to prevent an accident from happening.
If you faced the same problem, I encourage you to highlight the said potential problem with the developer immediately. You may write to Mr Liew Swee Choong (the GM) at <scliew@newfields.com.my> or Miss Michelle Won (the marketing director) at <michelle@newfields.com.my>.
Thank you.
