Because we are in Malaysia. Online shopping is just beginning. U can see alot still prefer to buy in forum, Facebook, blog or through sms. Even worst, alot still don't know how shopping cart work. LOL

They copy all the product name from the shopping cart site and e-mail to you and ask you count all the total + postage fees and sms to him/her (Maybe already used to buy in forum and facebook which seller process all the thing manually, so they lazy to go through the shopping cart system)

So what we can do is just wait and wait the online shopping in Malaysia become mature.

In other countries = They buy online because convenience, pay and wait for the goods to arrive door-step

In Malaysia = They buy because wanna get cheaper item or any "Lobang". (this is good sign). but also lead to higher con / fraud case.
