Master title - it can be either be for a cluster of houses (eg Taman Halaman, Ampang) or for a block of condo (eg Pangsapuri Beringin, Gombak). In any new development project, the whole lot would normally be in one (or more) master title(s). It is the duty of the developer to apply for individual title for each lot/unit in favour of the respective purchaser.

Strata title - the individual title for a parcel (ie a unit) in an apartment, flat, condo, etc.

Individual title - the separate title issued following subdivision of a piece of land.
