QUOTE(AntiViruz @ Oct 17 2010, 11:52 PM) hi , i will go to book my 2.0 Wajalancer tommorro ..... now still dun know want white or red ... help me pls .... White seems to be safe. I mean, white will sure looks nice. The plum red is actually kinda looks like old wira red. But yet to see the plum red real life. Better check on the show room first. If its red like the lancer, it sure looks nice. |

QUOTE(tom_k3nt @ Oct 29 2010, 10:44 AM) If i buy the inspira... I change the whole front grill and bumper to Mitsu coz i like it more... More aggressive looking... Inspira looks kindda tame... then you shouldnt buy the inspira in the first place. You always have the lancer. To change the front grill, and logo to mitsu is just plain dumb. If you can afford 80-90k car, you should also consider 120k car as well. But then again, the smart people will get the inspira. |

QUOTE(moyong @ Oct 31 2010, 05:32 PM) btw are the 1,000 units (japan assembled) still available? no one can confirm that Inspira is CBU or not. Whether is 100/500/1000 units, no one can assure Inspira is CBU.just wondering those 1,000 is only for 2.0 spec or all 3 specs? But you can safely assume that parts are from japan, since local vendor have not yet being appointed and approved by mitsubishi. Of course, minus the 20% local parts which is already being installed to differentiate inspira to lancer. And the local parts are tyre, rims, audio, seat material, bumpers and grill. |

QUOTE(Taman Negara @ Nov 5 2010, 02:33 PM) only animals's bark. Then why you should be worried? Inspira is not about being the proud of malaysia. It is purely buisness decision. They move on from focusing on being a national car but to be more business oriented. At least i feel proud of proton, being able to decide something like Inspira, rather than builiding a new in house c segment car.my point is national car not make every malaysian feel proud. it make citizen suffer. SORRY for out topic. |

seems like proton like to invert things. The engine size is on the left, instead of right. the speedo meter, RPM and speed gauge also invert from original lancer. The front bumper is invert from mad face, to smiley face.
Just hope they don't invert the signal and wiper just like other proton cars. |

QUOTE(xin @ Nov 8 2010, 12:03 PM) the engine size ? what do your mean ? the speedo they are following the new facelifted Lancers (with coloured LCD) where their RPM and speed is diff with the prefacelifted Lancers (those LCD is orange and all marketed in Malaysia). Even the EvoX has the same placement rpm/speed as the Inspira ... lol .. so i guess they just use the new meters and replaced with the orange LCD display to cut cost. Nothing fancy hehe i mean the labels at the back. As for the speedo meter, i just compare from lgt interior pic from mitsubishi motors malaysia website. ![]() |

QUOTE(noisetrigger @ Nov 9 2010, 07:33 PM) Well thank you Captain Obvious None of the brochure, or from the preview press saying that it was tune by lotus. I remember all press mentioning about proton engineer trained by lotus. not lotus themselves tune the ride and handling. All these while, they have proudly proclaimed the legendary Lotus Ride and Handling in all their brochure and ads. This is the first new Proton car to break from that cycle. Paul Tan mentioned before that originally Mitsubishi was unwilling to let proton redo the suspension settings but finally relented late into the development on this vehicle. Maybe due to lack of time, Proton has to do it in house instead of outsourcing to Lotus. Even its by proton, the handling is great according to those preview. |
