When I say it looks cheap means cheap. It does not pass my iso standard. Lancer quality better, it glide smoother than proton. Some mechanism is missing there.

U go to showroom look at the dashboard. Top part and front face, look at the line attach together. It's uneven. It does not pass my iso standard. For the price of 80k+++ I strongly recommend forte over lancer.

Would jtang01 please report your experiences on your new Inspira? i remembered he says he is one of the lucky 11 to already took delivery yesterday.

They mentioned security & solar tint, never mention what brand was used. But anyhow I will apply my own darker tint when I get the car.

u notice the battery compartment trap under the air duct???..stupid mitsu engineers..what a big turn off...have to remove the air duct in order to replace the battery..too hassle la...i'm pemalas one

1 year plus..if 10 years own it,that means bout 8 times

OK guys sudah review no highway run no run on my track but....since the registration was temporary they don't let highway lah...so nvr mind

1. Handling 10/10
2. Power + Speed (due to 1.8) 7/10
3. Comfort 10/10 because i had my friend behind siting he did not feel my high speed cornering. so its good
4. Sound its good around 9/10 because good base need hit quite high volume around  24 lah but based on my volvo also very similar + my volvo is an 8.1....sound is quite good tested with my own TRACKS base echo and blah blah. tested with bluetooth audio. Only reason duwan give 10 because tak ada subwoofer
5. leg room space...for rear passenger(me being tall) ; 7/10 ( based on my friend)
6. CVT response: good 10/10 the engine was begging to abused more...

CONCLUSION: CAN'T BLADY WAIT FOR MY CAR....

seriously it surprises proton and suppliers like my co.on the majority ppl choose which is the 2.0.
they tot the 1.8 can sell more, so now we have to readjust for hte high 2.0 order and trust me guys, wat u get is as close as at mitsu, i knew damn long ago and mentioned it on some forums.
the major parts(engines/g-box/ecu,wiring,most engine bays will all be mitsu, even frm the set belts, go see it urself ..

I still cannot trust Proton quality, even this is from Mitsubishi model, but only first batch Mitsubishi provide all the parts, second batch onward will be totally local made and this is what I'm worry the most!

PLus he'll be getting a 2010 manufactured car which will be considered 2 years old in January 2011. Waste!

Please remember, this is built in Malaysia's Proton factory by Proton workers, not in Japan with Mitsubishi workers. I smart or not smart enough isn't your business, you just stay smart yourself when talking to someone. I have been driving Proton before and I know what is Proton and I know their quality, even previous Proton models also from Mitsubishi and everyone knows how good is the quality! Stay alert, time will tell the truth!

quality issues not a problem... the problem is how the car company handles the problem... and if they can stop the problem from reoccurring...

if they say to you it's like that one lar cos made in malaysia... of cos you fucuk them upside down lar...

seriously thinking about the 1.8cvt over vios e... next year lar... let you all get the cars first then see how the quality... at least got 6 months for the problems to pop out...

I am a Lancer GT owner, but i dont feel butthurt because i am not selling my car, I love it the way it is, only the owner knows really how the car is, and mine is grey color btw, hehe..

Just wanna share the difference here with Lancer - based on GT, 2.0 variant;

Personally i feel that Inspira more to comfort ride, while Lancer GT more to sporty ride, and i would love to have those new addon in my Lancer soon, hehe, sure cheaper..

Advise to new Inspira owner, beware of the maintenance especially major service, what's more if it's involve CVT, it is not cheap, trust me.
