hey guys, noobie here...sorry if it has been asked before but have any of you guys encountered problems of taking a phenom II 965 over 4ghz?

I've managed to push it to 4.03Ghz but the extremely high voltage worries me. have a look at the screen shot below and please comment



I can get it to 3.9Ghz with ~1.45V but i don't get why it requires so much more to achieve the extra 100mhz
