You can try alibaba, but beware of conmen.
If you can find a direct freight forwarder, thats the best, but it would be really hard to find one.
Ive done a bit of research myself, gave up halfway through.

If your friend is really serious, I suggest for him to go to HK himself and find a direct source.

Playinteractive is the official Malaysian distributor. Their stickers are literally on every single brand new PS4 game bought from shops.

However, some shops do manage to get parallel imports in, not sure where they get those from.

IMO, selling games the profit margin isn't high. So you need to sell in quantity to make money, hence your budget/modal must be high....

Still got few distributor or supplier, i believe not all game shop owner will like to share it here the name.
