I personally play quite a bit of 2v2s with my friend, and the reapers were a big factor/strategy in terms of early game aggression. After the patch it's pretty much just mass marines or die to early aggression, without the capability of using reapers to harass while expanding early ourselves.

Though actually I think it's a welcoming patch to buff Zerg so we Terrans don't get yelled imba/OP all the time.

Didn't say I proxy right. I rarely proxy or I would've compained a lot about the supply depot before barracks. 11rax 12gas into reapers used to be good harassment without being too cheesy.

Early aggression can still be done very well with marines, but essentially removing reaper speed early on takes away a big part of Terran's early aggression play. Imagine speedlings requiring Lair.

uhhh dude I think we have a misunderstanding here lol. The early reaper that was taken away which I've mentioned is due to the speed upgrading being a factory requirement, not the supply depot before barracks change.

Speedless reapers is shit.

You can refer to my earlier post which I mentioned reapers in the 2v2 matchup. Of course speedless reapers will still work to an extent in 1v1.

That does work sometimes but good players often don't succumb to pressure like these especially when non-speed reapers can be easily dealt with by marines/marauders/stalkers and easily gets raped by unmicroed speedlings.

We're playing at around 1000 diamond 2v2 now and non-speed reapers just don't cut it anymore.
