My 1st floor has about 900 sq feet. I heard that doing the plaster ceiling may not be ok, because it may have problem due to raining and etc.

Can anyone quote me for the whole floor?

What happen if raining happens?

no water proof plaster ceiling! but u have to ensure the roof got no leaking then only install the ceiling.... if leaking happen after done the ceiling then u have to find contractor to do something on the roof. icon_rolleyes.gif

Gypsum board, actually is just 2 plaster (which same as plaster ceiling) pressed between two thick sheets of paper. the only diff is gypsum have additional 2 pcs of paper and material to do plaster ceiling dont have. so it nothing much diff if the roof is leaking.
