Last month I got charged RM50 tax on my Citibank Clear Card, so I called Citibank and asked if I can cancel the card and the RM50 waived. I was informed that I can cancel the card and it will take about 3 months for the government to reimburse the RM50 and I need not worry about the outstanding amount. So I told the CS to cancel my card.

I have too many credit cards, now starting to collect Debit Cards as it is tax free and same time get same benefits or even better  compared to credit card from same issuer.

As my Alliance cc was charged RM50 gst on 19/10/10.
i casually call cs at 2pm just now to ask for gst waiver,
cs told me that after min RM300 retail spend then call back to ask for waiver & RM50 would be credited on the next statement smile.gif

any1 using citibank cash back platinum card at KPJ?
from their website mentioned
" * 30% discount on all Executive Screening Packages (excluding selected consultation fees)
* 15% discount on all walk-in hospital room rates (from RM120 and above)
* One complimentary blood cholesterol check per year.
* Invitation to public health talks and health awareness programs.
"

But i do not see any discount on the bill...
