guys, when i at china, i can use my citibank visa at hotels, but when go to restaurants,my CC cannot be used
1st time i went, i face this problem, and i call up citibank and i was told that next time i go to China, i must call up before that so i won't face this issue but 2nd time when i go again, i face the same problem. isit that some places their credit card machine cannot accept international cards? |
