same case as me, but i only use PBB visa, not MC. never activate/use MC before, but still charged RM50.april statement comes, charge rm50, call PBB ask to cancel the card & revert back the RM50. but may statement comes, still being charged RM50 + late payment charges, since i thought the card has been cancelled. call CS again, they say they will revert everything. then june, thankfully everything is settled, no more shown on the statement.
