Hi,
5 weeks ago I've applied OCBC Mastercard Titanium with pledging FD. And today i called their hotline and was told that my application was not succesfull. My question is can i appeal for that application? Anyone here have an experience to appeal when unsuccesful before? I was told by the CS that there is no such thing but she said i can write a letter to their Credit Processing Department. Should i appeal or should i just withdraw all the FD and try with another banks? Thanks  |

My appeal for my application of OCBC Mastercard Titanium has been successful
Last week thursday, my application status was not successful. So on Monday I had submitted an appeal letter to their credit proccesing department. Today, i called them up and they told me that my card is successful and will sent out to my house next week. Quite happy since this is my 1st Credit Card application. |
