Huh ? HSBC with CL 30k above can be used as reference to apply for CIMB VI / WMC for 100k CL ? Hm... perhaps its rare cases ? i dont think this apply to everyone , AFAIK using card reference without submitting any proof of income usually will have CL increment by 5% - 20% from the card, mostly considered by credit exposure of the applicants. from 30k jump to 100k , there is quite a big gap....

MBB have a policy of 1 year per review of upgrading CL , but you can override it by applying higher grade card , CL will be increased if higher grade card approved (personal experience) as all their CL is combined , but make sure its conventional or islamic type. Otherwise review will be done once in a year.
