Hi all, i got 2 questions regarding balance transfer.

1) I subscribed an iphone4 plan at digi with third party credit card and i wish to transfer the balance to my own card now, but the problem is the third party credit card and mine are from different bank. Will this be a problem when i try to do the balance transfer at third party credit card bank?

2) Where do i do the balance transfer, is it at my credit card bank or the third party credit card bank?
