I just apply for my Direct Access card, i tried apply for a HSBC but got rejected for unknown reason when all my qualification and so on is good. Except maybe 1 thing, which is my Bank Negara record is too clean because i got no loan and no credit card at all except ptptn.

So i go fed up and applied for direct access card, hoping to make my Bank Negara record to be "got transaction records". Hope can be approved.

Here's 1 thing i am confused, i see some card can made a transaction without installment plan from the retail shop. Then call up the bank and get that particular transaction to become an installment plan. Does CIMB Direct Access card have this feature? If got, how much does they charge the interest or 1 off fees?

direct access is not same as cimb credit card right, their rewards and so on also different.
