QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Sep 7 2010, 01:39 PM) The 3D security thingy is known as either Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode and Citibank Malaysia is offering neither. Thanks for the info, but can't understand why Citibank as an international bank doesn't offer this. Any other options on how can I make the payment? I have only the Citibank card + Amex but the merchant doesn't accept Amex.

QUOTE(wongpeter @ Sep 7 2010, 03:42 PM) Can I ask which website requires this 'Verified by VISA'? I have bought stuff online and some sites require this SecureCode when I use my StanChart Mastercard but I have never come across a site asking for 'Verified by VISA' when I use my Citibank Visa card. It's for an online hotel reservation.
