Yes, a lot of new cars don't have auto door lock, even the new Elantra does not have.

Teana only have button for central locking only unlike other old car that can autolock either when you press brake or hand brake ....

yes indeed, I so get used to the speed sensing door remote locking on my previous sentra. so its a bit of a let down they did not keep the function in the Teana. But I notice the 2012 Teana facelift (coming soon) will have the speed sensing door lock. seems they are making a come back.

Looking forward for some aftermarket upgrade parts for this function.

They have 2012 facelift? whats the additional features they got? Care to share?

From what I know, the facelift for the Teana will also same as current gen, which is still do not have the auto door lock. Actually I have asked my mechanic to install one for me when I got the car because my daughter is quite naughty, like to pull the door handle whenever inside the car, but after a few hours of checking, my mechanic told me those after market door lock is not suitable because the Teana central locking wire is connected to the main board and the main board is connected to the ecu, so he scare that will damage the main board and ecu, plus will void the warranty of the car.

Mine is 2.0.... Registered on 28/02/2012.... Inclusive also 40,000km/ 2 years free service inclusive parts and labor...... My SA said car registered 01/03/2012 onwards will only get 20,000km / 1 years free service..... Other small thing is car perfumes, diamond plate number and full tank of petrol.... The vouch is less than RM200.....

Something loose undercarriage I guess, send back to sc ASAP, Teana is very quiet and comfort when going thru uneven road.

Mine not very good when going through uneven roads. Will highlight to them on my next service.

My friend's Teana's tyre has got deep vertical lines and he complaint. The Service Adviser said it was due to string marks during transportation of the tyres. Then he met 2 reps from KL and told them he is not happy and they agreed to replace it and the TC driver replace 3 tyres while at the tyre shop.

I did all the wash and wax myself, because not really trust all those shop, my last car was ruined by them once, and now phobia already.
