if i jailbreak my phone, obviously will void the warranty, but is there any way that i can "unjailbreak" my phone if i want to send the phone for warranty purposes?

Jailbreak is for Apple
Of course it will void your warranty.
Btw, if u still using older firmware, u might still can hack using Helloox2.
After u had install Helloox2, and hack your phone using Helloox2, u still had the option to unhack your phone, does it left any trace for nokia to trace, i dunno.

Another way, is to sign your apps yourself before installing.
