Well, i'm not sure on others. But when i attend 222 soft launch, the SA did inform me it's 10 feet. i think most condo in the current market is 8~9 feet, doesn't it? how bout PVs?

i wonder how's the diamond's apartment doing in rental and subsale market now considering these Setapak Green and 222/288 selling like hot cakes...

i only notice 2 things, more and more chinese is buying at Setapak which obviously existing already a lot of chinese restaurants and shops. The 2nd thing is, the upcoming Parkson Mall is quite huge which obviously is not some small shopping mall in rural area.
