wow......... with price from 270psf without DIBS is about the same as SG, 222 and 288, still BBB fever. How's the specs? Better than 288?

Its crazy, unless buy for own stay or just satisfied v little margin when flip. It almost impossible for a leasehold medium-rise condo sized 1300++ reached RM450k and above...
