For my unit so far so good no major defect.
but i really suprise access cards, stickers, intercom & aircon remove control all not ready to collect when handover to us. Beside the chinese guy serve me really rude, no explain anything just keep asking you sign, ask him sumore show me LCLY face, really WTF. this never happen before in my life since 288 is not my 1st property!!!

for astro HD i not suprise, even my friend condo promise installed it but end up after 2 yrs just empty promise not sure 288 willing centralize it or not.

internet i guess once more people moving in should we should get it then, properly 3-6mths...

Went there submit renovation deposit this morning though moving fan light to my unit...BUT..
Only reno lift working, 1 shut down install access card system, 1 repair, really WTF ppl wait and q until car park!!!! Saw old man walk down from 4F coz they waiting too long there!!!

Ok after 30mins finally my turn go inside my unit, defects never start since 2-Dec I submitted, worst i saw master bath room earlier water matk only bcome this ceiling start fall down!!! Take lift down wait another 15mins !!!


Go management complaint again & again why no action taken show them photo, a chinese lady immediately call another contractor he come after 1pm check but I running out of time because stupid mgmt shut down 2 lifts wasting time wait there,. She say after check contractor will call me update me.

Ok I leave then when I driving he call me say... Aaron never pass my key back to mgmt they cant go in and he off now.. f*** why this idiot holding my key my tenant moving in soon and I need do some reno!!!! When i collect key this fella already LCLY keep show and act like boss i already feel shoot him but dont want spoit my mood that day only so not do tat!

Now my contractor call me say next to entrace should have door bell wire but where is door bell button!!?? Wat!!?? This is my 3rd condo first time hear tis no door bell button!!! And first time until now no access card, no car park sticker, intercom, lobby still reno... I though all these should ready before collect... Btw intercom should install on wall there, are they pass us phone only we just plug living and put on floor there?

Damn frustrated all these, i dont have confident 100 residency anymore i will reconsider it cancel it or not

my case took almost 1 month (submitted 2-Dec) still same (you can see my previous post)

First finding, Aaron pass my key to contractor but w/o record, key lost, drag 2 weeks they keep quiet until i ask them go my unit via me open the door
2nd changed main gate lock see some progress but leaking still not solve, few days after go check, new key cannot open
go check again, contractor cant find the key AGAIN so changed lock what the ****
end up... take contractor hp i call and monitor progress my own

just now call him he say left water heater later need check but he promise tml can collect the key morning, now lets see another empty promise or not

really shame on KP owner have do job coordinate themself

meaning this unit actually not sell yet temporary for contractor stay ?
hmm if so then terrible bad KP... pity who going buy this unit...

When I collect key my master room toilet has leaking problem more serious than yours (you can refer my previous post picture).
Now, again my master room wall has leaking problem again submitted defect 1 month no action taken until I keep complaint...

Don't waste your time call him just go management office complaint and follow up your own.
He lost my key when i submitted defect and give empty promise

Lift so far ok didnt see rubbish there when i was there last few weeks.
The only thing is management sux, every time submitted defect list have call chase yourself, my master room bathroom mirror fall down 2 months already call again yesterday, as usual answer is need lump sum order cannot order 1 onli...WTH
