MONDAY- LEG & BACK
TUESDAY- SHOULDER heavy & CHEST light
WEDNESDAY - rest
THURSDAY - ARM light
FRIDAY- SHOULDER light & CHEST heavy
SATURDAY - rest
the aim of this 5 weeks workout is to build arm;bicep,tricep and while maintaining other body parts.
bcoz previously, i kept doing strength n compound workouts; squat,deadlift,overhead press etc with almost none arm workout.
thus my arm quite lacking compared to other parts.
any comments?
also my squat 90kg, dl 110kg, bench press 70kg, overhead press 30kg seemed like hitting plateau edy~
