my current workout

SUNDAY- ARM heavy
MONDAY- LEG & BACK
TUESDAY- SHOULDER heavy & CHEST light
WEDNESDAY - rest yawn.gif
THURSDAY - ARM light
FRIDAY- SHOULDER light & CHEST heavy
SATURDAY - rest yawn.gif

the aim of this 5 weeks workout is to build arm;bicep,tricep and while maintaining other body parts.
bcoz previously, i kept doing strength n compound workouts; squat,deadlift,overhead press etc with almost none arm workout.
thus my arm quite lacking compared to other parts.

any comments?
also my squat 90kg, dl 110kg, bench press 70kg, overhead press 30kg seemed like hitting plateau edy~ unsure.gif

ur feet shud be like how u walk; ur feel natural and comfortable
some people feet r closed n straight, while some like me pointed out.

i like to squat slightly wider than shoulder and feet 30' out

maybe u not pushing ur limit...try harder rclxms.gif
or try 20 reps per set and do as many set as u can...with very minimal rest. dont just do all in 1 set
sometimes u need a little variation in ur training as progress idle

forgot to cycle my supps until i read pedro post sweat.gif
took creatine for dunnow how long edy and 3x preworkout wit no off.

now on break of creatine, preworkout and milk for 3 weeks.
lets see wut happen next ha2

3hours arr....probably 1 hour workout n the rest are chat & rest ha2.

i 1.30 hours max....with 5~10min warmup cardio.
no talk, no bullshit.
just train n finish all my sets, only then have some chat
u going to gym to bust the iron right.....so shut up n train XD

owh yeah...i freaking hate shoulder day...no mood push at all.
