Student's meal. I do that all the time for dinner. Pop the broccoli in foil before putting it in oven, then it'll be moist when it comes out.

It means, rather than creating your own routine for the time being, use one that has been created earlier with proven results. Routines can be found here or you could google up some other routines.

Your condo doesn't have dumbbells, barbells? Tons can be done with those.

Anatomically speaking you're correct both ways. The traps overlies the rhomboids. So I guess what gives it the popping up look would be the mid traps.
