Hmm... Yesterday I weight myself, my weight doesn't really increase anymore stick between 83-84 kg... Nothing much improve in this 2 months. Any suggestion? Change workout routine? change diet? change supplement?
Anyone facing this? Suddenly there's no improvement
i encountered that before..stuck at 85kg for some time..but once i changed gym and diet weight shot up to 91kg in a month..
i dun really take much carb actually, i just started taking more carb recently. I take more wholemeal bread + rice before this, only veggie and lots of beef and chicken but it doesnt seem too healthy hahaa... so try to balance a little now..
right now, i kinda afraid my size going down haha bcz i feel my arm like getting smaller... zzz....
hmm..if ur at the office then tapau chap fan and eat at 3 lo...for me ill cook and bring in tupperware to uni..
a good gauge of ur size would be trying on ur tshirts..thts wht i do la..tighter means i got bigger d..
