truly disappointed, bought this in Sept 2011, till today no one from developer know's when is the actual handover..it's almost 4 years..come on MEH!!

I've called them up and they told me the handover MIGHT be in September.
They said they will pay the LAD upon VP according to the clause written in the SPA subject to extension which was given by Min of Housing.

Anyone know's whether they can be trusted?

I've bought several other properties and this is by far the worst.
I've heard from some, the houses from the outside looks complete but inside is all empty. Heard the WC haven't even been fitted.

They also blocked out the whole area just in case anyone wants to enter and check.

Anyone here have better source on what's the completion rate right now?
Are they awaiting the CF or ??

Energy, I agree with you. We should team up to contest the extension of Min.of Housing.
The extension is for 6 months. My property have now been delayed for 10 months now if there is no extension.

We all should be paid LAD in full.
Anyone here interested to build a consortium? I have a good attorney.

I did not sign any of the letters provided by them. You are right, the final letter seems to be an intimidation by them and I replied that I did not agree to the extension.

As per your lawyer, how do we take action? since I will like to be paid the full LAD whereby my property should VP on September 2014.

The SPA still indicates the clauses, 10% of SPA price - 36 months completion.
So far no explanation or amendment from their panel solicitors and I don't agree the letter from MOH should give MEH their reason to pay less LAD.

Any advice?

I checked my other property which I purchased and signed the extension letter granted by Min of Housing which is incorporated into the SPA.

The extension letter given by MEH indicates as below and I quote :
Syarat-Syarat tambahan seperti berikut :
(i) pemaju perlu membuat perjanjian tambahan (Supplementary Agreement) dengan pembeli-pembeli rumah berkenaan

So far, i did not sign any additional supplementary agreement with the panel solicitors.

This seems rather dodgy and probably MEH thinks they can just keep fooling us around.

Anyone have received the same letter by Min of Housing?
Anyone here can advice?

If any buyers here think we should take legal action against them upon VP and claim full LAD, pls PM me, we can discuss on what is the next step.
