hi,

You can connect ur laptop and PS3 to your monitor if your monitor has at least 2 inputs (one of them should be a DVI or HDMI) and your monitor is HDCP enabled.

You just need a DVI to HDMI cable (if your monitor only has DVI) or HDMI cable (if your monitor has HDMI).
