First off, it would be a smart idea to generally describe your idea in the topic title so that it brings in people who would know.
Secondly, I swear this question's been asked to death around here. For laptops, you'll need at video capture card. The cheaper ones only allow composite cables, which have a lower resolution AKA worse video quality. So far the only ones I've seen that allow component or anything like that cost a fortune so imo unless you have a legit reason(recording videos for reviews or so official purpose) don't bother. |

hi,
You can connect ur laptop and PS3 to your monitor if your monitor has at least 2 inputs (one of them should be a DVI or HDMI) and your monitor is HDCP enabled. You just need a DVI to HDMI cable (if your monitor only has DVI) or HDMI cable (if your monitor has HDMI). Hope this helps a bit, btw it is good if you search before you post, because usually some people may have already asked the same question. You can check here for more info: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1571538 P.S Superman is invincible but not invisible, hence you can see him Cheers This post has been edited by tantzliang: Oct 8 2010, 10:24 AM |
