Frankly speaking, although the residential areas are booming and lively of late and most of the time the development is restricted to just housing, commercial activities are still in stagnant situation. As a native Klang for 20++ years, i do hope that the commercial side of Klang will catch up to the level of PJ/Subang or Sunway, more job opportunities and more huge MNC moving into the town. This town will sure grow rapidly as the population is huge

Of coz it's going to slow down, look at the rate the properties are being "goreng" to. How many people in the middle class can afford to buy a house around 700k? If no one fetch them thru sales/rent, the owner also need to serve the installment also. There are plenty of supplies of houses at Klang also and mind you the houses there are definitely far overvalued already.
