The high rise is selling at very expensive price and now the house prices look cheap in comparison. Don't know it will be an eye sore if it is high end condo. The house price has good appreciation but the rental is very bad. |

As far I could recall, the "lower" end residential areas at BB side isn't affected as well. |

Is it due to the reason that Ambang Botanic 1 sewage system is handled by Indah Water, while Ambang Botanic 2 one is still handled by the developer? |

Not sure the operator on this. But my guess is because AB2 sewerage runs on much lower capacity? More than half on the houses inAB2 no longer on this system. I think both also handover to Indah water already? |
