I dun think the price will drop but may be maintain at it is. Won't go up so crazy like last couple of years. Still , there is demand but not so "HOT" like before

I think it is better to be specific that at this moment, ab is potential bubble.
If u familiar with the ab 1 shop lot which empty and non productive for the pass tw years.
New shop lots in ab 2 also vp. Added to the supply.

Let talk about ab house, do u think it will be occupy within next two years or so?
Bubbles blow bigger and bigger with time.
Ppl say Klang south was over supply two years ago.
If it continue two years, do u agree that potentially the overprice house still empty mostly?

Us took fours years for the bubble to burst 2005-2008. Agreed?

Bubble burst when Eco get worst where many borrower default.
That is why I say it is depend how deep the investor pocket.
Anyone know about gst implementation in sg. There are info that after gst, property price was down in sg.

I would think most are investor that have lots of money and use the money to renovate the house.
So that they can claims tax and at the same time push up the house prices.
We are dealing with group investors that can control the property price in these area.

U know it by comparing the subsale property which it 300% difference in price.
500 k subsale old semis as compare to 1.5 mill semid.

Anyway, there are ppl still like to enjoy first.... Who know the world end this year.... Ha..ha..
For those that know this year is the end of world, pls enjoy and buy.... Times don wait for anyone.. 

Just an example of how these group of investor gain.
Let say in 2010, brought nouvo at 1 mill, pay initial 100k.
After two years, sold at 1.4 mil. Gain 300k++.
Roughly, It is a 300% return.
Where to get this kind of good investment.
As long you can control the selling price... This is the key. Like share market..
How to control the price, easy.. Work will all prop agent that any small fly want to sell the proprerty, the investor will eat it up. That why u can see lots of agent are calling house owner. Just to sent the message to hold the property.
Until certain point, the invetor quietly let go all the property.. This is just me tot... Sure wrong...
