Just went to submit my signed form for all the letter and utilities application to the office. Get to know from the sales that Ambang 2 going to launch another terrace house of 24 x 75 with the build up around 2400sf ft which only have 5 ft land on behind, selling at 650k. Wonder how's the sales will looks like, see how fast Gamuda can sell

The photo is belongs to which one, is it the new 24 x 75 with 5 ft land behind?

Anyway, for the 2 1/2 storey also selling with crazy price, there are 3 row, with the third row facing the existing which is 22 x 75 coz need to be the same with the old model, while the second and first row will be face to face with 24 x 75 for 2nd row and 24 x 84 for 3rd row(which is the back facing main road. They going to sell at 600k ++ , 700k ++ and 800k ++, price still not confiim yet but 2 things is confirm which is 1)won't go below the price mentioned earlier and may be plus plus somemore coz WCT is always has a lot of plus 2) is not Gated and Guarded.

I dun think the price will drop but may be maintain at it is. Won't go up so crazy like last couple of years. Still , there is demand but not so "HOT" like before
