QUOTE(valho @ Oct 7 2010, 02:19 PM) from the reply our BD is still with Amazon I just sent an email to Amazon to confirm the actual date that DHL pick up the shipment. Seem like DHL push back responsibility to Amazon US. I think likely is the fault of DHL. This post has been edited by low98944: Oct 7 2010, 02:23 PM

"We have recently changed the shipping options offered on our website for orders being shipped to some international destinations. Because packages shipped there by non-trackable methods frequently did not arrive in a reasonable time-frame, we now offer only Priority International Shipping to these countries." I'd assume it's only for games and to avoid fraudulent situations.

Amazon US replied: QUOTE Hello,
I'm sorry that the tracking information for this package isn't more helpful. If the package has just been shipped, it probably hasn't reached the carrier's first hub. During this time, the tracking information may say "Billing Information Received" or something similar.
When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon its arrival at a regional hub near the destination. In some cases, tracking information may not appear until the package has been delivered.
Please check the tracking details after 1-2 business days. If you aren't able to view the tracking information or if your package doesn't arrive by the end of the business day on ***, please use the link below to e-mail us so we can investigate further:
Please visit the following link to provide the information we requested:

I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I send an email to Amazon as well, but only in the evening so haven't got any reply from them yet I think unlikely will reach you tomorrow cause it is impossible for them forget to scan at Cincinnati (US), Hong Kong and Singapore hub. So far, no information said that their already reach any of these 3 locations.

Wonder what happen this time, slower than usual QUOTE Hello,
I've checked and confirm that the package has been shipped via DHL.
I'd like to let you know that in order to speed delivery, some carriers may not location scan all of their shipments, which occasionally limits the amount of tracking data. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. In some cases, tracking information may not appear until the package has been delivered.
If you haven't received your package by October 13,2010 please let us know:
