Just realised that Michael J. Fox is not the original role of Marty McFly in Back to the Future. Eric Stoltz is the original role but their decided to change the lead role after 5 weeks of filming. Pity him. tongue.gif

Amazon replied loh. I need to wait until 18 October before request them to send replacement copy or refund. (This, I think, is quite standard) nod.gif

But them give me $5 promotional certificate as a goodwill gesture. laugh.gif Amazon's really nice although this time not sure who's fault... unsure.gif

Because of nipple tongue.gif and some said US version got more extra than UK version. I am not sure is it right or not since I know the extra for US version but no idea for UK version.

Example:

3:10 to Yuma both US and UK were released by Liongate but UK is region locked (according to inform. at www.blu-ray.com. I didn't check other websites)
Daybreakers both US and UK were released by Liongate but UK is region locked too. doh.gif
Terminator 2 both US and UK were released by Liongate but UK still region locked too. doh.gif doh.gif

hey guys,

Just wondering if anybody could tell me whats the reason behind for ALIEN ANTHOLOGY price difference between the UK and US version?

The price of the UK is like 1/2 of the US price ? Anybody know if there are any difference interms of Audio and etc ?

Furthermore, do you guys think any chance of the UK version being region free?

Just checked my email for today, I just realised, Amazon US have changed estimated arrival date for Inception from early November using standard shipping to December 21 2010 - December 30 2010, which is earlier than previous estimation. hmm.gif

hmm... is that mean their will dispatch earlier than release date? I don't know but I pre-order US version the 1st day their listed in Amazon. Still not yet decide which version to choose... rclxub.gif

QUOTE
We don't often dabble in upcoming film release news, but as you may know we're pretty big fans of Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings films around here. So this is just too good not to mention: Variety is now reporting that The Hobbit  has just officially been given a greenlight by Warner and MGM to begin production with Jackson directing in February, with scheduled theatrical release dates of December 2012 for Part I and December 2013 for Part II. The films will be shot natively in 3D. The labor/union issues still have to be resolved, but still... not a bad way to start a weekend, yes?

Cheers!
