Is the strap comfortable to wear? I mean in terms of sweat/stickiness and does it get in the way when typing?
Thinking of getting a 007 and NATO it.

QUOTE(Catnip @ Sep 10 2012, 12:57 PM) It's a good price for a made in Japan SKX007. Still you might want to check whether its a fake. Thanks for the headsup... couldn't really understand why they bother making fakes for a <RM1K watch <Link> They also have the 009J for the same price. QUOTE(Catnip @ Sep 12 2012, 12:09 AM) Check the watch serial number written on the warranty card. It should match with the serial on the caseback. But remember that the warranty card can also be tampered or faked. At the end of the day, the best method is to examine the watch personally. So... Z22 or the jubilee?Looks like SKX007 is no longer available at creationwatches.com Saw it listed yesterday. Grab an SKX009J before its too late.... <Link> |

Hmmm.... would it be weird for an uncle (me) to wear black monster?
Looking for a new beater.... 007 too shiny and couldn't get one with jubilee here, Stargate's bezel doesn't speak to me and Sumo too big. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Oct 22 2012, 01:50 AM) 2.5-3k? for divers? How come Epos sell so cheap?? epos 3413...cheaper actually below rm2k. 2k-3k++ can get the usual suspects from certina to tissot to longines...or even go jap and get orient or seiko again. Decorated 2824-2 somemore right? Besides whats on their website.. anyone knows more about Epos? Added on October 22, 2012, 2:40 am QUOTE(Lurker @ Oct 22 2012, 01:57 AM) Take a piece of string.... wrap around your wrist where you normally wear your watch. QUOTE(Everdying @ Oct 22 2012, 04:30 PM) epos got wide range of prices. Yeah.. so far it looks like most of the discussions done about epos mainly on their skeletons.that epos if not mistaken is their cheapest model right now...PO wannabe but in SMP style case, got blue, orange, coke bezel...so i think its one of their easier selling ones also. if u like skeletons, i think theirs start also around rm3.5k++. i think for epos being independent, not easy to penetrate since they dont do many ads. so for the low end swiss market, as usual dominated by brands like tissot. then the high end no need to say i think for that epos 3413, i rather have that than the other lower range divers like longines hydroconquest. i cant imagine them both being much different except of cos in price...longines also using basically eta 2824. The 3413 and likes are so under the radar... the watch shop near my place carries epos so had a look at it.. I mean... nothing fancy but its pretty darn cheap for a Swiss. It's even price competitive with Seiko |

This is interesting... Malaysia seems to be a major if not THE major major market for Epos. http://www.epos.ch/news/eposnews.htm
