Anyone knows if this is the normal price or they were trying to pull a fast one on me?

QUOTE(iamadrianlee @ Jun 16 2011, 02:05 AM) Not sure how old is ur kinetic but RM180 should be to change the capacitor only right? The price should be around there. Yeah, the watch around.. er... 6~8 years old kua.. cannot remember. It only cost about RM900+ when i bought it, so fixing it for RM180.. seems abit much and I'm not even sure I'll wear it.. |

QUOTE(iamadrianlee @ Dec 14 2011, 02:37 AM) Finally came to my senses and decided to thin the collection. Started with 68 watches, now down to just below 30. Will continue to thin until I have only about 10 left (maybe 12). For Seikos, I plan to only keep 5 or 6. That's where the hard part comes in. Which do you keep and which do you let go? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « What? No metal strapped Seikos? |

QUOTE(deriku @ Mar 20 2012, 08:59 AM) Huh? So we need to wear an oris to look at a seiko? Then a rolex to look at an oris? Anyway, i reckon shops with better trained sales people wouldnt behave in that way. Last time I was in watatime lookign at watches.... the salesgirl was very helpful despite me wearing a timex on that day (goign to gym later ma). |
