QUOTE(eugenechiuu @ Jan 12 2011, 02:21 AM) If you don't mind Acer, Acer 5750G is the best bang for the buck nowadays... is this price without tax ?If wanna stick to Asus.. There're quite a few models coming in... Where did u heard of X42Ja? U mean A42Ja with i7-740QM and HD5730 is it? That one selling for RM2999 or less nowadays.. X42Jr is a NO NO if you wanna do gaming... HD5470 is too weak for any future games, can only run current games with low settings... The few new models Asus coming soon are A42JP - i5-480m with HD6570 (stronger than HD5730) @RM2699 A52JV - i5-480m with GT540M (stronger than 5730 slightly weaker than HD6570) @RM2699 N43JF - i5-480m with GT425M (slight weaker than 5730 but N series is premium series with better sound quality and build) @RM2699 U41JF - i5-480m with GT425M ( U series have long battery life and slim profile ) can last up to 8 hours... @Rm2999 If want Sandy Bridge, A42SV - i7-2630QM with GT540M @RM3199 SOURCE |
