Thus like i said.. JPK memang got bad GPS... as around ppl using JPK.. they will notice it... very obvious!!
But once o go back to jph or dxjp1.... all is ok.

Funny thing though NDrive ok la pulak... very fast pickup satelite.... and quite stable... downside poor POIs

Root using Odin and update to Froyo -> Highly recommended esp if u want to restore ur apps. (Odin removes all ur apps while flashing)

Word of caution on Titanium Backup
- if u plan to up from eclair to froyo or vice versa.... titanium backup will screw up ur phone.
- my advice, use mybackup pro

If rootvia adb - no need backup as it does remove/clear ur apps.

Those on data plan... My advice...
data monitoring - xombine both 3g watchdog with netcounter
3g watchdog as said not accurate, butcan be coupled with apndroid, n also cannot detect data usage while usb tethering, and inaccuraye even while on bt tethering.
Netcointer reads both data n wifi usage, but cannot be combine with apndroid.

what ido I check my data usage in both apps at 10pm everynight and change accordingly in 3gwatchdog.

To off data- easy hassle free, use apndroid (can off data auotomatically on setting)
Froyo user can off data connection by preasing power button n select off data connection.

I did. Much much smoother, but funny that quadrant score is around 1500-1700.
During install got girl voice, it restrt... But hang at sgs screen. So i factory reset. N reboot. The lagfix was auto applied, n my sgs start normally.

Donload busybox n then restore.... Thats all

MIne hang.... I think bcoz i did not of my oclf...

Sadly sgs is known for its gps inaccuracy...
As samsung has not yet fix this problem, other users claim some lagfix, roms may help this problem. I dont have enough exp in the matter, so i cant comment much on it.
