It's as you worried.
WF is not able to played some game but its a decent android phone.
So, the only problem is now is your budget.

I've never had a problem with sending msg. Probably changing to the nearest msg server (service centre) could help.

I think its already downloading. Just take some time.
I just ignore the phone for a while, then as i know it, the program is already installed
It's not instant as downloading from PC.

Let look on other aspect of the phone while waiting .

and also come with nothing free except maybe free screen protector.
