Don't forget that with 288, 222, SG, Diamond Regency and Diamond Residence all concentrated around that area, oh including shop lots, i can already see that parking spaces around this area would be highly insufficient. Worst case scenario, expect a lot of double parking and congested streets. Not every condo owners like to park their vehicles on 5th floor or higher.

SA told me the show room would be demolished end of May but apparently it hasn't happen. The way i see it, setting up another showroom after selling out most of the units is not making sense does it? But good if they gonna do it because buyers can sometimes go visit the showroom while waiting for their new homes to complete. We'll see.

I pray that UOA don't compromise build quality when they speed up the construction progress. Ain't we all demand high quality workmanship?

Hehe all developers should be reminded that that no matter how good they were previously, it only take them 1 time screw up to crack their good reputation whistling.gif

I am also thinking of how to modify my kitchen. Initially i was planning to do a wet kitchen but at the end thought perhaps not. If we are to cook inside the condo, i am afraid of the smoke and smell. The cooker hood provided i think is probably only good for filtering the cooking smoke. So my question is, would our deliveloper allow us to install the cooker hood with exhaust motor???

Yes i got the kitchen cabinet but it's nice to see only not to use. I can't imagine the cooking smell all over the hall... so thought of bring it outside... but still thinking whether it is good place or not since there is a bathroom there.

Hello i was thinking to get rid of the 3rd bathroom but at the end decided that it could be useful such as rough usage. I think you may have to sacrifise utility room if u need a wet kitchen because wet kitchen in the yard, very limited space. So, best choice is to cook inside but use powerful cooking hood to move the smoke & smell out, but not sure is ok or not... hmm.gif

Just curious, is there such a thing as make it Unifi ready in the newly build condo? Just need to subscribe for the Unifi service, plug and go online without all those nasty installation hastle?
It would be really nice if this is possible.... any thought?

i think developer should consider about it, have the fiber optic cable pre install in the new building. It's feels kinda outdated that when some families subscribing the Unifi and TM guys have to come to pull the fiber optic cables all over the building, then there is the need to drill some holes inside our condo unit to install those cables bla bla bla.. nasty cables showing around the house... don't like that.

Exit to Jalan Gombak suffers moderate jam every morning from around 7:15am to may be around 9am. During that period, i don't think traffic rules apply anymore apart from traffic light.

Drivers will not hesitate to fill the yellow box, and block any car from coming out jalan gombak. some drivers would even using the opposite lanes to make left turn...

However it would be jam free if you are going to MRR2 or wangsa maju area.

Hi Wee, unfortunately, seems like the only way to travel to KLCC from diamond square area is using the Jalan Gombak. The reason why the moderate jam along jalan gombak is that eventually the road will merge with jalan genting klang.

Once you have reached jalan pahang (the moderate jam would likely taking you about 15 to 20 minutes plus), traffic should get better after that. At Jalan Tun Razak, use the bridge and take KLCC carpark exit. My uncle travel to KLCC every morning around 8:30am and usually take him around half an hour to reach there. smile.gif

The best way to beat the jam is to get out early, i say around 7am should be sufficient. Traffic condition during school holiday is very smooth. No problem at all.
