Been there 2 days ago. they r building the show unit now. they said show unit will b ready around Jan 2011. & AP will get it by mid of dec 2011, S & P will b ready around end of dec. " As per so-called SA " told. may i know how many ppl is booked SG edi !? Please PM me for discussion. i need some helps. Attached thumbnail(s)

As I know, after they demolish the show unit. They will build a children playground there.

I'm Wondering. . . . If the S & P issue b4 the show unit !? will u all sign it up ?
or we insist to see the quality of the show unit 1st, after that we just sign !?

Just been to site again today.
The sales gallery is move back to bangsar office. due to site is under construction. [Sign board is hanging infront of the gate.]
& the Show unit is doing I-Beam piling now.

i'm already sent in letter & called up for extension, but no official reply at all. at the meantime, i'm waiting for bank loan approval.
do u all hav any idea on how much will the loan agreement & stamping fees cost ?!

yup me 2.
When lawyer ask for signing SPA, they charge bill me Rm380 legal fees.
when sign loan agreement need to pay another 6K charges. Stamping fees + bla bla bla fees. >.<"
anyone willing to share their legal fees ? or facing any problem ?

today just passby SG site. the showroom outlook, looks amazingly good & grand.
but dont really know whether can delivery this kind of quality into the real building or not.

I as a earlier buyer of SG.
i'm quite dissappionted with thier arrangement & i felt they nvr appreciate what the loyal customer supported them while they hv nothing to show (brochure & detail) when thier project is start with nothing.
ya, another problem would like to discuss. regarding the Window glass of our condo, it's no tinted at all compare with 288 which their tinted as blue.
what if we tinted the diff color each unit, it will become odd. rihgt ?

Yup, i had received the letter too. It's too disappointed. The just free 1 aircond & 1 heater & shower screen. (didnt stated any quantity on shower screen.) They should atleast standardize what they are offering to the public ,right !? Then what is the advantage tht as a supporter to take the earlier risk without any proper arrangement for pre-order ? i cant see the sincerity at all.

What they r offering now, they should provide us the same Freebies.
like Kitchen Cabinet, Air-cond, Heater, Shower Screen.
