its not that the interviewer is telling u to get lost, so dont misunderstand. |

probation means : "are u suited for wat we hired u for"
not "if u perform up to our expectation u get a raise" it does not make business sense to give u a raise for "performing up to par only" if u r good performer, appraisal time i revise. not upon confirmation. |
