Hi guys, I will be going for an interview for internship placement with some firm this coming friday. The position that they are offering me is audit vacation trainee. So, if they ask me question like "why should I hire you?", how should I answer it? This is because:

1. I have not even touched audit subject in my studies yet, it will be on my final year.

2. This is my very first interview, no experience whatsoever and I'm quite nervous to be honest.

I dont think they would ask "why hire u" when you are in internship placement.

Just prepare yourself, and answer to the best of your ability.

Just dont end up "uh ... ah ... dunno lol ... not sure ... no idea ..."

hi guys, want to know a good way to answer this 2 question ;-

why do you want to leave your current company?
why do you choose this/our company?
P.S. I applying for IT job

1. if the job is similiar then you can judge what to avoid saying. for example, if both jobs similar, then things like "no career prospect/routine work/cannot learn much" would also apply to the new job and most interviewer would immediately not consider you anymore because you wont be happy here.

2. an example would be that you are interested to work in this industry/job description and your skills are matching/you believe you can add value/able to excel/got chicks plenty of reasons.

+2 .. From my experience the 2nd interview mostly by dept head. So expect most of questions are on the technical side of the job.

Good Luck!  thumbup.gif

i would think otherwise. HOD usually management and strategy rather than on details/technical. thats their job.
