singapore also dont have stock for 18-200...

Added on October 18, 2010, 2:28 amanyone apply the Sony screen protector for NEX? i applied mine, but after i peeled off the surface layer(the one with a white sticker), it doesnt seem like there is a screen protector :S so now i using the surface layer as my screen protector...

hey guys, is there anyway to select the focus point during video recording? i tried to select the center AF but during video recording, it will become the wide AF.

actually i'm thinking to get something like a lanyard, only hook on one side of the camera. i find it uncomfortable when holding the camera as the left side of the camera got the protruding strap blocking me...

anyone feel that the startup time after updated to fw v3.0 is slower? i have to wait about 1-1.5 sec for it to startup before i can start shooting:S

just shot a video using NEX for my project, find that have to use f/8 to have everything in focus and face detection is not working during video recording :S

Btw, Nexer, I have problems here.

It seems with 18-55mm, the IS mechanism doesn't work especially in low light conditions whenever I tried to zoom. Anything beyond 18mm, the camera detects shaky hands... Sigh! Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Faster shutter speed? Like using pancake f2.8?

you can try higher ISO, or maybe the anti blur mode. it's not that OSS doesnt work, it's just a warning indication that telling you that your hand is shaky tongue.gif
